We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the limited amount personal data we store. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the information we collect and how we protect it.

Our services, where possible, do not collect or store any personal information. However, for the purposes of Digital Signage administration, a small amount of data is required to support securely signing in to use our services. This data is outlined below:
Users of the administration system require a unique email address or username to sign in. We store this information but keep it private. The e-mail address will not be used for marketing purposes without your consent and only serves to facilitate signing into the administration system. If you are concerned about sharing this information, you are advised to use pseudo anonymous information.
We do not store your password. We store a cryptographic hash of your password that can not be converted back into your password. (BCrypt hash).
The IP address used to sign in to the administration system is collected to protect against abuse of this Digital Signage service. Only the last IP address is stored. The history of IP addresses used is not stored. Your IP address may appear in our temporary log files, however, these log files only exist for a maximum of 30 days.
The administration system will place a cookie on your device when you sign in. This cookie is a unique session identifier that contains no personal information, its purpose is only to keep you signed in so you do not need to provide an e-mail address and password for every action.
The administration system uses several 3rd party services such as Google Maps. We do not provide any personal information about you to these 3rd parties. However, please understand that these 3rd party services (such as Google) may be able to collect data about you. This is out of our control. If this worries you please contact us and we will disable this functionality.
You are free to use an anonymous e-mail address and any name or label. We do not require this information to identify you as a person.
We have implemented physical, administrative and technical measures to protect private data from unauthorised access, use and disclosure. These safeguards are consistent with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard and include cryptographic key-based authentication controls on servers, browser-based secure sockets layer encryption, and other storage system access control mechanisms to protect the integrity of internal databases and prevent unauthorised access.
This Digital Signage service is for displaying public information only. We will not intentionally store or display sensitive or private data.
However, users of this service are able to upload images, videos and other multimedia. We are not responsible for any sensitive or private user information uploaded by users and displayed on screens they manage.
If any sensitive or private information is uploaded by another user that needs to be removed, please contact us immediately using the address below.
You control access to data uploaded by you as part of this Digital Signage service. You may download, update, share or delete this data at any time. You may also request that data is erased permanently from our systems.
